FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS WE OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REPAIRS, OUTSIDE OF THE 30 DAYS WE ONLY OFFER REPLACEMENTS AND REPAIRS.
Our limited warranty
Every item that you purchase from our partnered eBay stores is warrantied for 90 days parts and labor and for one, two or three years for labor only (depending on the listing) from the date of purchase from partnered Ebay stores, as specifically limited herein. If covered by our limited warranty as determined by us, at our option, we’ll repair your item at our facility only or give you equivalent credit on an exchange up to the maximum value you paid for the item. MacFulfillments shall use its parts only and not external parts supplied by the customer and our limited warranty only covers repairs done at our facility. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repair authorizations. Shipping is fully covered for the first 30 days. Outside of 30 days, the customer is required to pay for shipping to and from and is required to purchase our shipping box to avoid product damage. All performed repairs are fully warranted for 30 days starting on the date when the unit is shipped back to the customer. Batteries and accessories are covered for 90-days, then it is considered a consumable part meant to be replaced.ExclusionsAll software is governed by the licensing agreement between the creator and end user. If an OS reinstallation is required, MacFulfillments may charge for labor to perform a “reinstall” as requested by the customer. MacFulfillments offers no software warranty or guarantee. We don’t cover defects or damage resulting from use of the item in other than its normal and customary manner; from misuse, accident or neglect or fraudulent misrepresentation; from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind; or items disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim; or items located outside the United States. We don’t cover accidental or intentional damage, such as Dropping, water damage or spilling on, immersion in food or liquids, or otherwise destroying your Mac®Cracked screens, physical or cosmetic damage that didn’t exist prior to purchase or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. This Agreement is extended to you as the original buyer. You cannot assign or transfer it to subsequent buyers and it is not renewable. WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, LOST DATA RESULTING FROM THE BREAKDOWN OR FAILURE OF ANY ITEM OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICING OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE ON ANY COVERED ITEM. EXCLUSION IS MADE OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES MADE HEREIN. This Agreement is the entire agreement between us and no representation, promise or condition not contained in the Agreement shall modify these terms.MacFulfillments reserves the right to alter these limited warranty terms without notice.
